A visitor is driving a hire car with a Welsh acquaintence as her passenger, when she decides to pull over because she suspects that her turn signal may not be working. She asks the Welshman if he doesn't mind stepping out of the car to check the lights while she tests them. The Welshman steps out and stands in front of the car.
The visitor turns on the turn signal and asks, "Is it working?"
To which the Welshman responds, "Yes, it's working ... No, it's not working ... Yes, it's working ... No, it's not working ..."
