Medical and Dental Insurance

Medical and dental insurance is available for all full-time employees on their first day of work. The company pays a portion of the premium costs, allowing us to offer group rates to our employees. The plan is a PPO medical and dental plan.

Vision Care

Vision benefits are available to our full-time employees from their first day of employment.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability

We offer short-term and long-term disability coverage to our employees paid at 100% by the company.

Term Life Insurance and AD&D

We offer employees term life insurance and AD&D coverage paid at 100% by the company. Additional coverage is offered and can be purchased through a group rate for the employees and their spouses and/or dependents.

Optional Insurance Coverage

Optional accident, indemnity, and cancer coverages are offered to employees.

Employee Support Services

In an effort to assist our employees in balancing their work and personal lives, they have access to:

  • Employee Assistance Program: assistance with issues such as education, legal, financial, and emotional health.
  • Global travel assistance: legal and emergency medical protection for the employee and their family while on travel.

Employee Rewards

Flexible Spending Accounts

Flexible spending accounts are offered to full-time employees for health care and child care related costs. This allows eligible employees to increase their spendable dollars through tax savings.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

We provide PTO for all full-time employees.

Holidays

We follow the Federal government's holiday schedule and offers its employees 10 holidays per year.

Additional Paid Time Off

Full-time employees are granted additional paid time off for jury duty, voting, military service, and bereavement.

Tuition Reimbursement

Tuition reimbursement towards an accredited college or university is available to full-time employees.

Employee Training

Separate from tuition reimbursement, employees are offered training that directly applies to their position. This includes certifications, seminars, and industry conferences. There is no cap on the monies offered towards training.

401(k) Plan

We offer a competitive 401(k) plan to all employees who meet the eligibility requirements. Employees are able to participate on their first day of employment.

529 Plan

We provide both full and part-time employees the opportunity to save for their children's future college education through the Virginia College Savings Plan, administered by American Funds. This plan is funded with your post-tax dollars, but the earnings on your contributions grow tax free.

Commuter Benefits (SmartBenefits)

SmartBenefits are available to all D.C. metropolitan area employees to help offset the cost of utilizing public transportation, including Metrorail, Metrobus, DASH, Ride On, CUE, Fairfax Connector, Loudoun County Transit, and a number of registered vanpools. More options are expected soon, including MARC and VRE.
